Return Policy

Any regularly stocked item may be returned in its original packaging and within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund or exchange.

The following items may NOT be returned under any circumstances:

  • Special order
  • Closeout
  • Used
  • Custom manufactured or made to order
  • Aerosol cans
  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or missing parts

Factory stocked items are subject to a restocking fee.

Items cannot be returned without a approved Return Merchandise Request (RMA) and Return Number(RM#). Items returned without an approved RMA will not be processed. Return authorization can be requested by logging into your account and submitting a RMA request. After submitting a request for a RM#, you will receive an email with a RM# informing you the RMA has been created. Once the RMA is approved by Lone Star, you will receive another email notifying you the request for RM# has been approved. If the reason for the reqeust for a RMA is due to an error by Lonestar, you will also recieve a prepaid shipping label. If you are requesting a RMA because your item was received damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

After receiving notification of approval for your RMA, log into your account and print a RMA label. Include the label inside your package and return to:

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the round trip cost of shipping of the original item and the cost of shipping for the returned or exchanged item, unless Lonestar shipped the order in error or the item was received damaged. Round trip shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer if incorrect shipping information is given or if the customer provides inadequate manpower or equipment for orders shipped by common carrier.

Returning to Lone Star Stores

Items purchased on Lone Star’s website may be returned at any of our locations. Items may be returned or exchanged with original packaging, packing material, accessories, and shipping receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please bring a picture ID and the credit card used to purchase the item along with the invoice. Shipping charges will not be refunded.


A refund will be issued to your credit card upon inspection of the returned merchandise less any applicable fees. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your refund.
