Paul has been a contributing influence in Restaurant Supply business in Central Texas since the early eighties. He was one of the founding employees of ABC Hotel and Restaurant Supply in the 1985 and served as the General Manager prior to starting his own Restaurant Supply Company in 1987. Paul served as the Vice President of Central Texas Restaurant Supply Company from 1987 to1990. He was also instrumental in bringing Ace Mart Restaurant Supply to Austin Texas in the early eighties and served in a management role for over 19 years. He also was a manufacturer’s representative for Scotsman Ice Machines. Paul re-joined LoneStar in the fall of 2009 and is the proud new store manager for our newest location in Temple Texas. Paul’s broad industry experience enables him to be a very valuable resource for the customers we serve. Some of the notable projects Paul has been a part of are: the Kerbey Lane Café, Magnolia Café’s, Chuy’s/Comida Deluxe as well as the Headliners Club and Baby Acapulco’s to name a few. Kevin started in the restaurant supply business in 1981 with the Texas Restaurant Supply Company in Austin. After 5 years, he left TRS for an opportunity to work for the Mr. Gatti’s corporation as the national equipment and supply buyer for all 330 locations. In 1987, he moved on to work for McLane Foodservice in Temple as the equipment specialist for all locations. Later, Mr. McCleish opened his own business called Capital Concession Co. in Austin. After 5 years, he opened up K-L-M Equipment Company and worked on selling to a variety of customers including school districts, McLanes, PFG, and Taco Bell. He was then recruited to work at PFG as a buyer in Victoria, TX where he became the senior merchandiser after 2 years and became Director of Purchasing after 4 years with the responsibility of all merchandisers, logistics, as well as all produce purchasing. Mr. McCleish then transferred to PFG-Temple as the Equipment & Supply specialist and retired in 2008. Missing all of his friends in the foodservice industry, he joined LoneStar Restaurant Supply in 2010 and is very happy to help our customers here in Central Texas. Rick is a retired Marine Officer. While new to the restaurant supply industry, he has twenty plus years of management experience in a variety of fields, including new steel and metal salvage services, aggregate industry, transportation, OHSA and MHSA compliance , construction industry, casework and dormitory furniture industry.
