Mr. Lam brings Lonestar over 25 years of food service experience including extensive restaurant design, consulting, and general contracting knowledge. Prior to joining Lonestar, Mr. Lam was the president and founder of CPAPC Restaurant Design & Supply where he grew the business to be the premier restaurant distributor to the Asian community in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro-plex . Currently, Mr. Lam acts in an advisory role for Lonestar and continues to be involved in the day to day operations of the company as the lead restaurant designer. Mr. Lam received his bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance from National Taiwan University in Taiwan and his master’s degree in Industrial Management and Accounting from University of North Texas. Mr. Lam has been a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Texas since 1987. Mr. Lam is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.

Mrs. Lam has been in the food service industry since 1985. Prior to joining Lonestar in 2011, she served as the Vice President of CPAPC Restaurant Design & Supply. Mrs. Lam brings extensive knowledge in purchasing, sales, management, equipment and small wares. Mrs. Lam remains active in the company’s day to day operations as the lead inside sales person for the Asian community. Mrs. Lam received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science from National Cheng Chi University in Taiwan. Mrs. Lam speaks both Mandarin and English fluently.

Steve Lam joined the Lonestar team in 2011. Mr. Lam has been involved in the food service industry since 2004, when he launched an e-commerce website for CPAPC Restaurant Design & Supply. Mr. Lam rejoined CPAPC in 2010 as the company’s Director. Prior to joining CPAPC, Mr. Lam was a Patent Engineer for Dort Patent Professional Corporation, where he prosecuted patents in a variety of technologies including electromagnetic shielding, optical applications, business methods, and virtual tools. Mr. Lam has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and a Juris Doctor degree from George Mason University School of Law. Mr. Lam is an active member of the Virginia State Bar. Mr. Lam speaks English and Mandarin.

Joseph spent 7 years in the United States Marine Corp working in the Aviation Supply department where he was responsible for ordering and expediting all material needed in daily aviation operations. He also graduated from ITT Technical Institute with his degree in Computer Drafting & Design and worked as a Mechanical Draftsman designing industrial equipment and providing layouts designs for new customers when needed. Since moving into the restaurant supply and design industry he has used his past experience in the aviation supply field as well as his drafting abilities to ensure that every customer gets what they need when they walk into our door. He has developed relationships with many local customers as well as customers around the country that order online and ensures they receive the material they need in a timely manner.

Alicia has been in the restaurant supply business since 2008 where she was an inside sales representative with CPAPC Restaurant Design & Supply. While at CPAPC Alicia gained extensive knowledge in restaurant equipment, small wares, and furniture. Whether you need a custom wok range or new tabletops, Alicia can make sure your needs are met. Prior to entering the food service industry, spent over 11 years as a book keeper. The attention to detail she gained form this experience enables her to get your project quotation and equipment order completed with accuracy and efficiency. Alicia is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
