Mark Thompson- Restaurant Equipment Expert

Mark is the General Manager of our Dallas operations. He has worked in the restaurant equipment industry for 25 years. He brings extensive experience in new and used commercial restaurant equipment, purchasing, smallwares sales, personnel development, and team leadership. Before entering the industry, Mark served as a police officer with the Fort Worth Police Department for 17 years. He holds a Bachelors degree in sociology and psychology from the criminal justice program at Texas Christian University.

Joe Ramirez- Restaurant Supply Sales

Joe as been in foodservice in some manner since 1992. He worked in the deli and grocery divisions for a major grocery store chain. Since coming to Lonestar Rush Restaurant Supply in 2000 Joe has established himself as the lead inside salesperson within the Hispanic community. Joe speaks both English and Spanish fluently and is continually working with new upstart restaurants in the community. Joe would be happy to help you find the right restaurant sink, restaurant cutlery, or used restaurant equipment.

Sherri Hervey – Commercial Kitchen Equipment Sales

Sherri has been in the food service equipment and supply business since 1986, where she worked at Watson’s Foodservice selling restaurant supplies, cooking equipment, and baking equipment. Since 1996, Sherri has been a valued asset at Lonestar Rush Restaurant Supply in Dallas, Texas, where she helps restaurants and institutional customers find cutlery, chairs, shelving, restaurant ranges, and restaurant refrigerator. Her outgoing personality attracts many repeat customers and currently takes care of the Southwest Airlines and Bob’s Chop House accounts.

Dan has been with Lone Star since 2008 and specializes in helping customers achieve their goals in planning and layout of new construction and existing restaurants. Prior to Lone Star, Dan built and managed a sports bar in downtown Waxahachie Texas. Dan is a licensed realtor that has worked in commercial real estate with lease hold properties. This experience proves helpful for customers with start up plans for new construction and budget planning. Dan can help customers make the right purchase decision among quality vendors like Hobart, Vulcan, Beverage Air, Metro Shelving, True Refrigeration, and Berkel slicers. Dan is resourceful and takes pleasure in supporting customers throughout process to maintain customer satisfaction.

As an former restaurant owner, Glenn understands the many complexities that a restaurant owner deals with in selecting and purchasing new and used restaurant equipment and supplies. Chuck came to Lonestar Dallas after 15 years experience with the restaurant group of Forbes Hever and Wallace. He has both equipment and smallwares knowledge and meets new customers well. His experience in the industry includes selling many great restaurant equipment manufacturers including Amana microwaves, Lakeside commercial refrigerators, Victorinox Swiss Army restaurant knives and cutlery, and ThermalRite Coolers.

Jose has been with Lonestar Rush Restaurant Supply for almost 15 years. Jose’s extensive expertise in refurbishment of used equipment has served LoneStar Restaurant Supply’s customers. Armed with fine mechanical skills and large toolkit, Jose fixes and repairs used ranges, used commercial refrigerators, and all kinds of other used restaurant equipment. He constantly keeps our showroom stocked with a wide variety of used restaurant equipment. Jose makes sure that all the used restaurant equipment and used restaurant furniture on our showroom floor is not only clean and presentable but also of such quality as to assure that our customers are confident in its quality and function.
